1/2 an avocado (the softer the better)
1 can of tuna (I used Raincoast trading brand http://www.raincoasttrading.com/)
1 green onion
ground pepper to taste
Using a fork, cream avocado and tuna together in a bowl. Add in chopped onion and ground pepper. Mix. Add to lettuce. Eat!
